Welcome to Zique Fitness Nutrition. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Zique Fitness Nutrition provides a software platform for nutrition coaches to:

Create and manage client profiles
Build customized meal plans
Track client nutrition and progress
Communicate with clients through the platform
Manage supplement protocols

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.2 Free Trial

New accounts may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

            Important: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
        

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Use the service only for lawful purposes
Not share your account credentials with others
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Obtain necessary consents from your clients before collecting their data
Not use the platform to provide medical advice (nutrition coaching only)

6. Client Data and Privacy

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before entering their information into our platform. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by Zique Fitness Nutrition and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zique Fitness Nutrition shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zique Fitness Nutrition from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
